Delivery Time
Please allow 2 to 5 weeks to receive your glasses. Each pair is carefully prepared and shipped to ensure the best quality upon arrival.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. 

Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international orders, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery with no surprise fees upon arrival.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Viora is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at viora.ltd@yahoo.com and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Viora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
